In Korea is using a different age. So, usually
at the age of 8 entered a primary school, but if you get the fast birthday (e.g.
January or February), at the age of 7 can enter the primary school. In my case,
my birthday is fast, so at the age of 7, I entered primary school.

At the age of 16 leave secondary school.

In Korea, compulsory educations start in
primary school and finish in secondary school but almost students go to high
school.

Yes, in Korea have strong pocus on education
of children’s mother. So, 70% of students go to university or college.
National university is cheaper than another
university but usually their parents are paying the money.

Are exams or continuous
assessment more common? Which is the better way of monitoring progress?
Exams are more common in Korea. During the
1 year, we have 4 times exams. I think continuous assessments are better
because, in my case, during the examination I can’t eat something because, get
a stress.
