People should stop work at 65

In my opinion, i agree that because, nowadays many young people don't have their jobs. Also company give to high salary for the older people. So in Korea, when they are 50 years old, many big company (Samsung, Hyundai, LG etc.) start the pressure so many people was given up their works from company. However, if they are staying their works, many young people can't get the jobs. As a result, people should stop work at 65 are perfect answer.
