8th May is Parents Day in Korea

Today is parents day in Korea so sons or daughters are giving red carnation. Also, my parents are eating dinner with grand parents and give a present. 
If you are staying far a way, calling to there parents.


Today just in Korea's parents day. However, how about call to your parents? Maybe, parents like your voice or waiting your call.

What were you doing during the Easter holiday!

During the Easter holiday I hoped to go to Manchester and Cambridge but weather was look so bad. So I was staying in London. However, I spend useful time. 

First, I went to the karaoke in Earls court with miki and mitsuna. I'm not singing very well but I like song hahaha however miki was singing very well look like singer.

Second, I watched Wicked the musical with mitsuna, I couldn't understand all of thing but this story was interesting and creative because, Wicked story is before the Wizard of Oz story. This producer is a genius. 

Third, I went to Camden Market and ate Chinese food 'mapatubu' which is so delicious.

Fourth, I went to national gallery one more time and i watched performance in Trafalgar Square about Easter but I couldn't watch all because had many people in there.

Last, I was meeting nicky. He came back in UK so we were eating lunch, playing bowling and eating dinner in Korea restaurant 'Kim Chi'.  

Slang language

What do you think about slang language? And how many people use slang language in your country? In my opinion, slang language is very useful, easy and many teenager use the slang but why this language have bad image for there parent or another adults? Some slang language has made simple words or short words but after teenagers using a expletive words or sexual jargon so now we have this problem. 

How to change there? I think, this problem couldn't change because slang is same to culture  if there are blocked the this words, maybe teenagers are more using this words but if their recognize to mistakes, themselves are plucked to change.

How to study English in this month?

Nowadays I feel my low vocabulary so this month, I'll study vocabulary and pronunciation. 

How can study? 

I think have receive help from watching TV or listening radio. but I don't have TV so I'll be watching drama or show to the internet.  

What have you been doing in London?

um.. I have been sightseeing in London since 2 months. And making some foods. I went to famous sight and not famous sight, market car boot, seafood market, Camden market, Tower bridge, Big Ben, Oxford, Museum, Canter and etc. but I want to sightseeing more place in London and I will make more friends. 

Homework about Work :D

Do women usually work after they get married in your country?

um... usually women don't work after they get married in Korea. Maybe that is culture society in Korea. Usually women was appreciated that take care of child in the house but nowadays many people was changed they fixed ideas.

Do lots of people in your country work overtime? Are they paid extra money for this?

Yes, many people work overtime to Korea. Because we had experienced the IMF in 1997. And we  have a hierarchical society so we aren't take a many free time. 

Of course, we paid extra money. 

Do you think it is more important to make a lot of money or to enjoy your job?

In my opinion, i will make a lot of money jobs because um... i don't know but i don't want to be a poor person.

Do many women in your country work in the military? Police force? Government?

In the past, society had only nurses in military but nowadays many women work in the military, police force and government. However not have many women because that is difficult jobs.

Do you think women and men should be paid the same for the same job?

Of course, we should the same work and receive the same money.  

Do many people work from home in your country? What are the positives and negatives of working from home?

Many people work to outside. However some jobs work at home but awareness is not good in Korea. So i'm negatives of working from home.
